About Dr. Krista Sanders

I started my pre-chiropractic journey at Texas Tech University where I completed my undergraduate studies. In 2012 I began my chiropractic journey at Parker University. I graduated in the fall of 2015 with my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, bachelors in Anatomy as well as my bachelors in Health and Wellness. After I graduated my heart brought me back to Lubbock, so that I could provide hope to those that needed it, as it once did for me.

I use several techniques including Thompson, Diversified, Brain Balancing, Neuro Emotional Technique (N.E.T.), Extremity Adjusting, Soft Tissue Rehab, and Low Tech Rehab.

I remember the apprehension and doubt that I had the first time I went to go see my chiropractor. Both of my parents are Registered Nurses and informed me that chiropractic would not be able to help. Part of me wanted to believe my parents, but another part of me was desperate for help. I'm so glad that I overcame my doubt and began seeing my chiropractor as it changed my life in so many ways. Now that I am a chiropractor my parents are two big advocates for chiropractic health care and wish that they had known about chiropractic when they were younger.

Nobody should have to live in fear that there is nothing that can be done for them. I know all too well the depression, anxiety, and so many other negative emotions that can come from fear. However, as long as you have a nervous system there will always be hope for you. Never forget that fear is strong, but hope is even stronger.
